Configuration → Production
Configuration data is never sent directly to production. A human approval gate validates the order, geometry, manufacturing scope and partner context before production data is released.
CNC-Ready Birch Plywood Connector System
Special CNC-cut birch plywood connector plates designed for three-hinge structural joints and rapid reversible module connections. Precision-cut to the 610/1220mm engineering grid — compatible with standard sheet dimensions, minimising offcuts.
Factory-Pressed Microclimate Wall
The M-2450 wall assembly combines Steico Protect / Steico Flex / Steico I-Joist with a 70mm hempcrete core, pressed under 30 tonnes and closed-cycle dried. The assembly is engineered to mitigate mould risk and designed to reduce moisture-related risk in occupied structures.
Validated through hygrothermal simulation using Delphin 6.1.7 (TU Dresden) with 1,860 material physics parameters. All six test criteria passed to DIN 4108-3 and WTA 6.3 standards.
Digital Product Passport / NFC Identity
Each M-2450 module carries an NFC/QR identity anchor physically integrated into its structural nodes. The Digital Product Passport records the full lifecycle — from production and transport through assembly and operation — in an immutable RevLog audit chain.
The NFC hinge is a soulbound membership token — inseparable from the physical structure. It activates HomeChain AISBL node membership upon assembly and cannot be transferred independently of the module.
Local-First SCADA / AIoT
AI may suggest — critical actions remain deterministic and HITL-confirmed. No cloud relay. No phone-home. All inference runs on the local GPU inside Golemas Box.
Local Manufacturing Network
Production does not need to cross borders. The eModulus platform is designed so certified manufacturing partners can produce modules locally in the customer's country, while the standard, audit trail and digital identity remain consistent.
